Medicare’s new GLP-1 Bridge program (July 1, 2026 – December 31, 2027) gives eligible Medicare drug-plan members access to Wegovy, Zepbound, and Foundayo for a flat $50 monthly copay. Getting to $50 a month takes three steps

  1. Check your eligibility — 2 minutes, right here. Answer a few questions about your coverage, health, and BMI. Nothing is stored or sent anywhere. Start the check →
  2. Have one doctor visit.Your result page gives you a printable checklist of exactly what to bring. Your doctor submits the application (called a prior authorization) for you — there’s no form you fill out.
  3. Fill your prescription for $50. Once approved, any participating pharmacy fills Wegovy, Zepbound (KwikPen), or Foundayo at a flat $50 a month — no deductible.

Wegovy, Zepbound (KwikPen only), and Foundayo — $50/month flat, no deductible. Other forms and drugs are not included.

Strict eligibility tiers

BMI 35+, or BMI 30+ / 27+ with specific qualifying conditions. Type 2 diabetes, sleep apnea, and MASH patients follow a different (often better) coverage path.

Time-limited

The program ends December 31, 2027, and there is currently no announced plan to replace it. If you may qualify, the window to act is now.
